Shipping Information

Theater in a Box ships you product with the follow companies, DHL or USPS. Typical delivery estimate is between 3-15 days. 

Expedited Shipping Options

Need your hardware even faster? We offer the most competitive Expedited Shipping rates in the industry. We use a number of different carriers (typically DHL and USPS) and will choose the best option to ensure your speedy delivery. You will have a list of shipping methods at check out.

International Shipping

If you are unable to retrieve a Shipping Quote for your international address on the Checkout page this most probably means we cannot ship an item in your Cart outside the U.S. For items that are eligible for international shipping, we are happy to ship to nearly all countries via DHL. International orders do not qualify for "Free Shipping".

Customs, Import Duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT)

Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties, customs charges and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges cannot be predicted by us, are not included in the shipping price, and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs clearance procedures vary by country and can cause delays beyond our control, these delays are not included in the delivery estimates below. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding their charges and policies prior to purchase.


Tracking Information


Upon shipment you will be notified via email with necessary carrier and tracking details. You can also access this information within your theaterinabox.tv account by viewing your Order. If your item was shipped via USPS, or DHL you can track your package via the Order History page. Please be patient if you do not immediately see detailed tracking information for your package as carrier updates typically occur at the end of business day.


Please Note:

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed the next day.

If your product is defective, please contact us immediately. Shipping costs will be covered by Theater in a Box if the product is defective.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you purchased the item. All original packaging must be included. Items will be fully inspected before a refund is issued. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to Theater in a Box
